What we collect

What you send us in the quote form: your name, email, phone (if you give it), where your things are, roughly how much and when, and your message. If you become a customer, the details we need to provide the service, such as your address, inventory and invoices.

Why we use it

To reply to your request and prepare your quote (your consent and the steps before a contract), and, if you go ahead, to provide the collection, storage and delivery service and invoice you for it (the contract and our legal obligations).

How long we keep it

A quote request is kept while we handle it and any follow-up; ask us and we’ll delete it. Customer records are kept for as long as the law requires, for example for tax.

Who we share it with

Nobody sells or sees your data for marketing. We use trusted providers to host this website and send email, under contract and only for these purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use or ask us to limit it, by emailing info@easy-storage.es. If you’re unhappy, you can complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
