How big is a cubic metre?
A cubic metre (m³) is a box 1 m wide, 1 m deep and 1 m high. That’s roughly:
- 10 moving boxes
- a washing machine and a half
- a single bed with its mattress
- two armchairs
We measure what’s actually stored after we collect it, and you pay for that, not our estimate.
