How our collect-and-store service works
Self storage the easy way: you never hire a van, rent a unit or carry a box. Here’s everything that happens, from your first message to getting your things back.

1. Tell us what you’ve got
Send us a quick message with what you’d like to store: a list, a few photos, or just “a one-bedroom flat”. You can also use the space calculator in your dashboard.

2. Get your quote and a time
We reply with a clear quote for storage and for the collection, and book a day and time that suits you.

3. Collection day
We arrive with the van, blankets and wrap. We protect your furniture, carry everything out and load it carefully. Want us to pack too? Just ask.

4. Signed inventory
Before we leave, we list every item on an inventory, and you sign it on your phone. You can see it any time in your dashboard.

5. Safely stored in Mijas
Your things go to our warehouse in Mijas and stay there until you need them. We measure what we’ve stored, and that is what you pay for.

6. Back when you need it
Message us for all of it or just the one box, and we’ll book a delivery to your door.
Packing and wrapping
Pack yourself, or let us do it. We always wrap furniture with blankets for the van, and we can pack boxes and wrap delicate things on request.
